Full Party Package

$300 for 3 hours

If you have a group of 5+ party goers or want to bring inflatables (bounce house, etc.), then this is the package for you! The party host is encouraged to show up 30 minutes early for setup and must be present through the entire party. To secure your spot, a $75 deposit must be put down and it will be subtracted from the total cost. The rest of payment is due up front before setup and if you are providing an inflatable for your festivities, make sure we know what you would like to bring ahead of time so that we can have your spot prepared. The ranch can provide a grill if desired, though fuel must be brought by the host. Depending on the size of your party, at least two Blackhawk employees will be present to assist you and help supervise the party. The first two hours are perfect for kids to play, cake to be had, and presents to be opened. The third hour is for riding! An employee will direct your party-goers who wish to partake to collect a helmet (provided by us) that fits them and they will then lead perty-goers to the horses. We have a limit of 1 hour for riding to accomodate our older horses, but if you desire more time to host your party afterwards, an additional hour may be purchased for an additional $75.

Mini Party Package

$200 for 2 hours

If you have a group of 4 or less party-goers or are hosting a younger group, this package might be a great fit for you! Much like the offer above, the party host is encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early and to secure your spot, a $75 deposit must be provided and it will be subtracted from the total cost. The rest of payment is due up front before setup. We can provide a grill if desired, but it is on the host to provide fuel. At least 2 Blackhawk employees will be present to assist you however you may need and provide extra supervision. The first hour is perfect for kids to play, have cake, and presents to be opened. After that, an employee will direct party-goers to choose a helmet (provided by us) that fits them and then lead the group of riders to the horses. We have a limit of 1 hour for riding to accomodate our older horses, but if you desire more time to host your party afterwards, an additional hour may be purchased for an additional $75. Please not that this package does not accomodate inflatables.
